Flavors are tailored in the year 2006 to suit consumer taste and market trends show a rise in an array of unusual flavors, with berry flavor dominating the market. However, the market trend might not diverge with the most popular flavors.



MakeIceCream shows that consumers are still demanding the vanilla flavor, which has been rocking since the flavor has come up. Amidst the top 14 flavors, the most common vanilla, chocolate and butter pecan flavors top the charts with 29 percent, 8.9 percent and 5.3 percent.
