Neat dish indeed Stanca...the very thought of minced chicken wrapped in squid makes me hungry. I can’t be more honest, I just expressed my desire to have chicken momos, it’s because the stuffed squids and momos look alike.





However, it is the easiest finger delight and I am planning to cook it in tomato juices to have it during supper.

There are many stuffed seafood recipes but squid and chicken is going to give out the unique taste. You can modify the chicken stuffing with cheese, herbs, mushrooms or anything that catches your pairing fancy while stuffing.
