Prague Style blog has written about the strongest beer in the world, recently manufactured by Prague’s mini brewery and pub U Medvidků. Prague style claims that this beer is the strongest with 12.6 percent of alcohol. The beer is labeled as X-Beer 33 and it further asserts that it has broken the records of former European beer champion, austrian brew Samichlaus Bier.
May be, the guys did not took the comments on the post seriously; otherwise they might have taken an attempt to change the headline. When the comment by Paul said that it’s Sam’s Utopia, they should have checked the facts. This is a fact and I have mentioned it in my previous post on The Most Expensive and Strongest Beer in the World that Sam’s Utopia is the only beer in the world, which was fermented beyond a level of 20 percent and therefore featured a unique range of flavors...that means it has an alcohol content of 25 percent. Well as for now Sam’s Utopia is the winner. But I would definitely leave the post open. Is there any other claimant?

This is not accurate. There are several beers that are fermented to ABV levels over 20%

Plus the Dogfish Head World Wide Stout used to be 23% but they scaled down the recipe to 18% to make it a better beer overall.
