River fish in east India is cooked in savory sauces in the rainy season. The very reason is that river fishes develop eggs in the reainy season and these eggs are stir-fried, made into cutlets and fried with sauces.



I am going to share with you a recipe that uses veggies and onions for frying these eggs.



Ingredients



Fish Eggs

Sliced Onions

Sliced Potatoes

Sliced Capsicums

Sliced Tomatoes

Shredded Cabbage

Turmeric Powder

Sliced Green chilies

Black Pepper

Salt



Method



1. Fry all the veggies together until brown.



2. Toss it with tomatoes, green chilies, turmeric powder and seasonings.



3. Add eggs and fry till the eggs are brown.
