Ground chicken and string beans prove to give a low-calorie but delicious meal to those suffering from cardiac problems. The reason is both make a good pair for their subtle flavors and while the former gives you a protein-filled meal the latter is rich in iron. The recipe is as follows:



Ingredients



Ground Chicken

String Beans

Slitted Green chilies

Crushed Garlic

Olive Oil

Salt

Black Pepper

Lemon Juice

Cinnamon Powder

Mint Juice



Method



1. In oil fry garlic, green chilies, ground chicken until it is brown.



2. Add string beans and cook covered for sometime.



3. Add mint juice, seasonings, spices and salt. Toss on a high flame.



4. Serve it with pulses and rice.
