Chef Shane is back with another seafood wonder and I am back with another post attempting at its review. The best part of my review was the simplicity of the seafood cooked by the Shane. By simplicity, I would again mean that he has not overdone the flavors, by adding only lemon pepper seasoning into the recipe. Crisp zucchini and soft shrimps make an excellent combo. While herbs add to flavor, shallots and oyster sauce add to the aroma and taste of the shrimps.
Thanks Chef Shane, for this recipe but I think you should try shrimps and zucchini for a Creole.
