With loads of vegetables going trendy on pizza platters, noodles, pasta and endless of fast foods, there are a number of quick vegetables to do wonders with some of the summer vegetables.



In East India, I have found the coolest way to pair seafood with vegetables and I am going to share with you one such pairing with shrimp meat.



Ingredients



Fresh Shrimp Meat

Chopped Spinach

Chopped Pumpkin

Chopped Potatoes

Chopped Brinjals

Chopped Beans

Onion Paste

Ginger-Garlic Paste

Poppy Seed Paste

Cinnamon Powder

Cumin Powder

Turmeric Powder

Red Chili Powder

Salt



Method



1. In a wok heat oil and onion paste, ginger-garlic paste and all the spices.



2. After frying the spices for 15 minutes, add poppy seed paste and all the vegetables. Cook until the vegetables become a mish-mash.



3. Add shrimp meat and salt. Cook for 7 more minutes and serve with rice and lentils.
