Suhel Anwar is back to his Indian restaurant in Indianapolis. Masala Kitchen formerly known as Spice India serves typical Indian food Suhel hailing from South India shows special connection with spices and hence provides mostly spicy food in Indian style. Anwar’s favorite recipe Chicken ‘65 is marinated in Indian spices and then fried. This is done to maintain the authenticity of Indian foods and this authenticity had been drawing the Indian community at Indianapolis and people outside the state of Canada to the Masala Kitchen, apart from the authenticity it is also the hospitality and serving that draws then to this place. As per Anwar: Our chicken and goat biryani is very popular and everybody loves it. But the restaurant is not restricted to typical Indian food it serves dinner and a lunch buffet with Indo-Chinese, South and North Indian food.

The best part of this Kitchen is serving a new cuisine in the US without compromising with the taste, style of cooking and culture of serving food to the consumers.
