A recent report has written about the World’s largest Buffet, which has entered into the Guinness Book of World Records, with 510 dishes offered by Las Vegas Hilton Executive Chef George Bargisen. This buffet rolled out forty soups, hundred salads, hundred and fifty desserts and the rest with main courses on a hundred and fifty two meter table. As per reports the chef supervised the laying of the table for a whole day which comprised ethnic dishes, salmon Wellington, fried alligator, pumpkin pie to baklava, pistachio truffles, lyonnaise potatoes, curried chicken, a pile of Waldorf salad, a bowl of gazpacho soup and a slice of apple pie.

It seems Bargisen had brought down everything in the world of food in a single buffet; I do not have words, especially for the magnanimity of the purpose, which is directed towards hunger relief charity America’s Second Harvest.
