Generation gap in food choices is outdated, but dropping national food in the crazy run after flavors is the latest news for the authentic food lovers. A poll published in The Guardian shows that Britain’s authentic dishes like tripe, spotted dick, faggots and even bread pudding is not only creating the consumption gap of national dishes between the above 60’s and under 50’s, but also they are carried away by International cuisines.
