Winter Fancy Food Show, which was held in the Moscone Center in San Francisco, was a buffet of specialty foods in premium chocolate, prosciutto de Parma, cheeses of every provenance, ice creams, teas, and jelly beans. Some of the food products presented in the show are
• Mashti Malone most exquisite ice creams using rose water infusions.
• Two great companies Luna and the republic of tea were present here to create nutritional tea drinks for women.
• Vili Gourmet Meat pies for kitchen gourmets are awesome. Apparently meat pies are quite popular in Australia, Vili sells tens of thousands of them at soccer and rugby matches.
• Going native food products were also presented in the show.
• Officially called Truffle Gatherer’s Sauce and made with truffles and black olives, this new spread by FungusAmongUs.
• A 90 calorie yogurt smoothie that is loaded with fiber.
Although these food products are available for those concerned with food industry.
