In foodmall all our team members were having a casual discussion about foods cooked in our repective home towns and Zodingi, one of our team member, came up with Eromba. I was really fascinated with the dish and the way it was cooked in her home town Mizoram. Eromba is a paste made up of dried fish, potatoes and bamboo shoots usually made in villages.
Ingredients:
Dried Fish
Boiled Potatoes
Bamboo Shoots
Water
Salt
Method
1. Mash boiled potatoes and add it in a pan with half cup of water.
2. Add grated bamboo shoots, roasted and grounded dried fish and salt.
3. Cook until all the three ingredients become like a gruel.
