One of my favorite dinner delights in summer is a prawn and cabbage casserole.



Ingredients



Chopped Cabbage

Fried Prawns

Crushed ginger-garlic

Turmeric Powder

Chopped Tomatoes

Whole Mustard Seeds

Salt

Oil



Method



1. In a wok add mustard seeds, ginger-garlic paste and turmeric powder.

2. Add cabbage and saute for sometime, until it is tender and the moisture dries out.

3. Add Prawns and saute for 10 more minutes.



Serve the dish hot with rice.
