Most often broccoli is added to casseroles for baking, stewing or in soups. But a varied flavor combination makes this powerful vegetable more interesting to eat. The recipe can be a all green broccoli curry:



Ingredients



Broccoli florets

Shredded Spinach

Tofu

Cilantro paste

Green chili paste

Crushed Garlic

Chopped Shallots

Salt

Cinnamon Powder



Method



1. In a wok fry shallots and garlic until brown. To it add cilantro, green chili paste and tofu.



2. Add broccoli florets and shredded spinach and cook covered, stirring continuously until tender.



3. Add seasonings and salt.



4. Serve it with boiled rice or a chicken salad.
