Domenico Crolla from Glasgow is reported to have created the most expensive pizza in the world with 24 carat gold sprinkling, topped with champagne-soaked caviar, smoked salmon, medallions of venison and lobster, all marinated in cognac.
This pizza named as Pizza Royale 007 is apparently set for an auction on eBay, organized by British Pizza, Pasta & Italian Food Association. Facts provided claims that Pizza Royale 007 at a big $4970, would break the record of the most expensive pizza, until now, made with white truffle, mushroom and fontina cheese pizza.
Doubtless of the rich flavor of 30.5 cm pizza, what add to the purpose is the forward from the sale of Pizza Royale 007 towards Fred Hollows Foundation. Such food creations affirm of the taste of the sophisticated consumers of the society, which has its reciprocal interests in charity.
